LED Light Power Supply Replacement
A client came to us in need of a solution for a power supply. The client had a AC/DC adapter for some LED lights fail, with a very unique circular enclosure. The manufacturer no longer produces this power supply, so we were tasked with creating a replacement.
We were able to source a small enough integrated AC/DC converter to meet the client’s needs. We then created a custom enclosure to exactly match the dimensions of the original. This enclosure allowed us to easily assemble the power supply with the additional components necessary for operation.
In the end, we delivered a replacement part that exactly matched the physical dimensions of the original, and exceeded the original in power output. The client was able to get the lights up and running again, which would have been unusable otherwise because the factory replacement power supply is no longer available.
